• our freight forwarding, exhibition/MICE logistics, local logistics and warehousing, and specialty/fine-art handling services;

2. b) Shipment and service data Consignee and exhibitor details, exhibition/event name and booth number, cargo/shipment descriptions, weights and dimensions, delivery and collection addresses, customs and import/export documentation, tracking references, and instructions relating to your shipment.
3. c) Transaction and billing data Billing details, invoice history, and payment information relating to purchases made through our online shop or for our services. (Note: if payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway, state here that Rogers Singapore does not store full card numbers.)
4. d) Website and technical data IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies/similar technologies (see Section 8).
5. e) Communications Records of enquiries, quote requests, service request forms, and correspondence with us (including via WhatsApp and email).
6. f) Job applicant data If you apply for a role with us: name, contact details, resume/CV, work history, and references.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (e.g. NRIC/passport numbers) except where required for customs, security, or regulatory purposes connected to a shipment, and only to the extent necessary.

• engage us as a freight forwarder, official exhibition logistics provider, or for local/international shipment;
• are named as a consignee, exhibitor, or contact person by an event organiser or another party who engages us;
• apply for a job with us;

We may also receive personal data from third parties acting on your behalf, such as event organisers, your appointed agent, or our overseas Rogers Asia alliance partners (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) where a shipment involves cross-border coordination.

1. Providing quotes and freight forwarding, exhibition/MICE, local logistics, and specialty handling services;
2. Arranging transport, customs clearance, and delivery/collection of cargo;
3. Verifying identity of consignees and processing shipment documentation;

5. Responding to enquiries and providing customer support;
6. Fulfilling orders placed through our online shop;
7. Complying with customs, port authority, and other legal or regulatory requirements;
8. Maintaining business records and managing our relationship with you;

10. Sending service-related notices (e.g. shipment status updates);
11. With your consent, sending marketing communications about our services and events;
12. Evaluating job applications; and

• Carriers and service providers — airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, warehousing operators, and exhibition venues, as necessary to fulfil your shipment or event logistics;
• Customs and government authorities — including Singapore Customs and equivalent overseas authorities, as required for clearance and compliance;
• Overseas agents and alliance partners — including Rogers Asia alliance members and freight partners in the destination country, where your shipment or event is international;
• Event organisers — where relevant to your participation in an exhibition we are servicing;
• Payment processors and financial institutions — to process payments;
• Professional advisers and service providers — such as our IT, accounting, and insurance providers, bound by confidentiality obligations;
• Government or regulatory bodies — where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Given the nature of freight forwarding and exhibition logistics, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside Singapore — for example, where your shipment's destination or origin is overseas, or where our alliance partners or service providers are located overseas.

Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, in accordance with the PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, customs, or reporting requirements. Shipment and transaction records are generally retained for [X years] in line with accounting/customs record-keeping obligations under Singapore law. When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely dispose of or anonymise it.

You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying "STOP," or contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Our website and services are directed at businesses and individuals engaged in freight, exhibition, and logistics matters, and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
