All shipments must be sent on a Freight Prepaid basis and consigned to Rogers Expo Services (S) Pte Ltd, clearly indicating the Exhibition Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth Number, or relevant project details

  • Seafreight (LCL): 10 – 12 days
  • Seafreight (FCL): 7 – 9 days
  • Airfreight: 7 – 8 days
  • Courier: 5 – 6 days

All documents must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to cargo arrival.

  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Relevant certificates (e.g. Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin) — if applicable
  • Full description of goods
  • Value in SGD or USD (CIF value– Cost, Insurance & Freight)
  • Indication of Temporary or Permanent Import

Goods must be packed in strong, waterproof packing cases suitable for reuse. Cartons alone are not recommended.

Each package must be clearly marked with:

  • Exhibition Name
  • Exhibitor Name
  • Stand Number
  • Case Number
  • Dimensions & Weight

Yes, in limited quantities.
However, the S$400 GST relief applies only to personal imports and does not cover exhibition or commercial goods.
Hand-carried exhibits are treated as commercial imports and subject to:

GST payment

Customs permit clearance

Supporting documents (invoice & packing list)

You may use an ATA Carnet for temporary import and re-export.

Goods that are sold, consumed, or distributed in Singapore are subject to 9% GST which is non-refundable.

  • ATA Carnet
  • Temporary Import Bond arranged by Rogers Expo Services (S) Pte Ltd

Yes. Items such as food, alcohol, chemicals, telecommunication equipment, and pharmaceuticals require prior approval and permits.

Yes, but only with prior approval and proper certification.

Yes, upon request. On-site handling charges apply and exhibitors must supervise and take responsibility for the process.

  • Return of empty cases
  • Repacking
  • Customs clearance
  • Return shipment arrangements

Note: Charges vary depending on services required and will be quoted accordingly.

Yes. Charges may apply if:

  • Containers exceed the free period (typically 2–3 days), or
  • Cargo is stored at Rogers’ warehouse or designated depot

No. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging full insurance coverage for transport and the exhibition period. Insurance services can be arranged upon request.

  • Inbound shipments: Prior to delivery to stand /Presentation of Invoice
  • Outbound shipments: Prior to return shipment / Presentation of Invoice

Yes. Late payments are subject to 2% interest per month.

Exhibitors are fully responsible for ensuring all goods comply with Singapore import regulations and requirements including proper documentation and permits.
